Now A Days Everyone using Google Adsense gets notification which tells us that

" Earnings at risk – One or more of your sites does not have an ads.txt file. Fix this now to avoid a severe impact on your revenue. "

so we are going to fix this issue :

Create your own ads.txt file for AdSense

Here's how to create an ads.txt file to publicly declare that Google is authorised to sell your ad inventory:

1. Create a text (.txt) file.
2. Include the following line:

   google.com, pub-0000000000000000, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0c

 Copy this text and replace your own publisher ID .

3. then go to Blogger > Setting > Search Preference 

4. Below Monetization there is option of custom ads.txt , click on edit it 

Past the above ads.txt file there and save the change
